Mugging Moulton In the Park

I'd like to take you now on wings of song, as it were, and try and help you forget perhaps for a while your drab, wretched encylopedia. Here's a song all about fling-time in general, and in particular, about one of the many delightful pastimes the coming of newbies affords seasoned Wikipedians.

Title: Mugging Moulton In the Park
Artist: Barsoom Tork
Composer: Tom Lehrer and Barsoom Tork Associates
Midi: Poisoning Pigeons In the Park

Filll is here, a-fuh-fuh-Filll is here.
Wiki is battles and Skypecast is fear.
I think the buggiest crime of the year is the fling.
I do, don't you? 'Course you do.
But there's one thing that makes a fling complete, you see,
And makes ev'ry new day a cheat for free.

All the world seems in tune
On a Wiki afternoon,
When they're mugging ole Moulton in the park.
Ev'ry Doomsday you'll see
Filll's pals on a spree,
Mugging ole Moulton in the park.

When you see them coming, the newbies all try an' hide,
But they still go for bait coated with cyanide.
ArbCom's shining bright,
Ev'rything seems all right,
When they're mugging ole Moulton in the park.

They've gained notoriety,
And caused much anxiety
In the Ethical Society
With their games.
They call it impiety,
And lack of propriety,
And quite a variety
Of unpleasant names.
But it's not against any rule
To want to dispose of a fool.

So if some day you're free,
Why don't you join in the spree,
Mugging ole Moulton in the park.
And maybe you'll erase
An entire userspace,
While you're mugging ole Moulton in the park.

You can cast out a character with Shadenfreude spam.
Except for the few that you stuff in the can.
Your pulse will be quickenin'
With each banhammer lickenin'
As you clobber the old one,
It just takes a bold one!
Mugging ole Moulton in the park.
